QGF-600 5 gallon barrel drinking Water Filling Machine

This production line is composed by auto washing machine ,auto filling machine and auto capping machine , and connect by the conveyor system. Three machines all can be adjust by speed less step. Should keep the speed of the three machine in a accord . it is need one person to load the bottle. And three machine all can be operate by two person. When put into the box , need two person.

When start to work, please check the water supply is open or not. Empty running the machine for 5 min . make sue there is no failure of the machine . filling machine open the power and water supply automatic, wait. There are 10 more bottle before the washing machine . open the switch to start the main motor. Start the pump. Turn the speed button slowly. The speed up to the normal , begin to product . the filling operate is the same as the washing . there is more than 10 bottle before the bottle inlet wheel. Start the machine .and the capping machine operate is the same as the filling machine too. When the bottle less than 5 , please push the bottle by hand in order to prevent clamp the bottle. The caps after disinfecting put into the cap manager and not too much. And don’t use wet caps in order to prevent no cap slide down. If there is failure ,please read the user manual to check the machine and require it by the professional.

When product .if need to stop one machine , please stop other machine at the same time in order to prevent too much  bottles in the conveyor belt .after working , please cut off the power .clean the machine , keep away from brushing using water  in order to protect the machine .the acting parts should be add the lubricating oil. The driving rack should be add the butter every week.
